Working as the creative-technical developer on the marketing team of this startup has meant working when, where, and however my teams have needed. I've loved continuing to exercise and optimize my variety of skills within onX. I had initially inherited and developed on a legacy, Magento eCommerce system. We've made some monumental changes in the last few years, rewriting everything, from the ground up.
With 50% less pages indexed/published, it seemed an uphill run from the start, yet I worked hard on advocating quality over quantity, gaining us a 120% gain in organic traffic YoY (now with multiple 7 figures unique visitors) while also converting 200% more visitors to signup to try the product, as well as cutting bounce rates nearly in half.
